Hi, I’m Moon. You may not know but I’m also known as Humaira Fatema. I have the most caring husband, Tuhin, and two sweet daughters, Simaat and Simrah.

I want to be a part of the ad-hoc committee because I strongly believe in creating an association that will serve the Bangladeshi community in Austin. It is necessary for a community our size to have a united voice and an association will help us reach that goal. Also, I believe that women should have a good representation in the community so it is essential for us to be a part of the ad-hoc committee and, eventually, in the association.

I love to cook and promise that if I’m nominated I will cook a grand meal for the entire community. Anyone who votes for me is automatically invited on… (date and location will be shared only with voters with appropriate proof ).
